Terms of Service
Effective: 1 May 2025. The terms below govern your use of comment2chat.online. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. Service
comment2chat.online provides a software-as-a-service platform for building Instagram automation workflows. We use Meta's Instagram Graph API and Messenger Platform to execute on your behalf, under your own Meta App credentials.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You must own or have authorization to operate any Instagram account you connect.
3. Account
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
- One person, one account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Meta's policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Send spam, harassment, or unlawful content through our system.
- Automate Instagram accounts you don't own or have authorization for.
- Attempt to bypass Meta's 24-hour messaging window or other policy restrictions.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service.
- Use the service for any illegal purpose.
5. Compliance with Meta
You agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards. We are not responsible for actions Meta takes against your accounts as a result of your usage.
6. Plans and billing
- Free: free forever, with the limits described on the Pricing page.
- Unlimited: $29/month or $290/year, billed in advance via Stripe.
- Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the period.
- 14-day money-back guarantee on the first Unlimited payment.
7. Intellectual property
We own the platform code, branding, and content. You own your workflow definitions, your messages, and any data you input. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate the service for you.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, we delete your data within 30 days, except records we're legally required to retain (e.g. invoices for tax purposes).
9. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from bugs, or that automated DMs will always deliver (Meta controls delivery). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
10. Liability
Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amounts you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which our entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are resolved in those courts.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes get 30 days' email notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
